Bio

Ms Bomela is a trained Teacher who worked for the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development as it then was, she worked as a Senior Personnel Officer.

She studied with LLB with University of South Africa. After completing her studies she joined Maduba Attorneys as a Candidate Attorney and after admission as a legal Practitioner she opened her Law Firm in Bloemfontein with office in Colesberg and in association with Gqadushe Attorneys in Kimberley and in Association with Thoabala Attorneys who is very experiential Conveyancer In Bloemfontein

Mzwekhaya Arnold Mohobo

Mr Mohobo is a superbly knowledgeable Legal Practitioner offering more than twenty years’ experience in public and private institutions. He has performed in all manner of courts and dealt with a large variety of laws including litigation and was admitted as an attorney in November 2000.

His fortes are, among others, financial and human resources management, strategy development, corporate governance, legal research, management, and a thorough understanding of drafting legal documents.

Mr Mohobo has applied his skills to strengthen the rule of law and the independence of judiciary where his leadership roles have advanced independence and transformation.

Nkululeko Gqadushe

Mr. GGqadushe is currently running his own practice under the name and style Gqadushe Attorneys in Association with Bomela Attorneys Incorporated.

He has served as a senior assistant State Attorney at the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development.

He has advised legal opinions extensively to organs of State on Regulations 12 of the PFMA.

He obtained his bachelor of Laws at the University of Western Cape and furthered his studies at the University of Free State were he obtained an advanced certificate in Labour Law. Nkululeko is a presiding court member as the Northen Cape Consumer Court.
